This was something I’d been looking forward to for months and I was not disappointed. Will’s knowledge and experience of flint knapping is epic to say the least. It is a tough craft to learn and I have many long hours of learning ahead of me. For me this is the start of a long journey and I shall aspire to be able to craft beautiful tools from flint one day, but that is a distant light in the tunnel for now. A thoroughly enjoyable day and I shall return to continue my journey with flint under Will’s expert guidance as a master flint knapper.

Fantastic experience casting a Bronze Age leaf bladed sword. I’ve never cast bronze before however Will’s help each one came out first time. The course flows well and with the aid of a few modern aids all three of us came away with a great blade.
